This page explains Unlibog’s use of third-party video players and provides a way to raise age, consent and recordkeeping concerns.

Third-party content

Unlibog embeds videos hosted by external providers. The operator does not film or produce the videos displayed through those players. Unlibog does not own or claim any video on Unlibog.

The Users who add and don’t have an Access to Private Information to uploaded the videos on the site. Unlibog is not liable for any violation of the video uploaded by user but Unlibog will take down the video incase of missuse.

18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A

United States law imposes identity-verification, recordkeeping and disclosure duties on certain producers of depictions of sexually explicit conduct. The applicable rules are set out in 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Whether those duties apply depends on the operator’s actual activities and the applicable law.

Embedding material from another provider does not, by itself, establish an exemption. This page is an informational notice, not a certification that Unlibog is exempt or that every depicted person’s records have been independently verified. It is not a substitute for a legally required records-location statement.

Recordkeeping inquiries

For a particular video, consult the original producer’s published recordkeeping statement and identified records custodian, where available. The playback host may not be the producer or records custodian. Referring an inquiry to a source does not remove any obligations that independently apply to Unlibog.

Report an age or consent concern

Material involving minors, exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery is not permitted. Use our Content Removal form to report a concern. Select “Age or safety concern” where appropriate and include the exact Unlibog page URL and a description. Do not send copies of intimate material or identity documents through the form and we will take it down on unlibog immediately without fail.

Reports are delivered privately to the site administrator for review. The administrator may disable the listing or embedded player while assessing the report. Removing an embed from Unlibog does not delete the source file on another provider’s service.
