This policy explains how Unlibog (unlibog.xyz) handles information when you browse, comment, suggest a video, send a report or use an external player. The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the comments, video links, embed submissions and other material you submit, including having the necessary rights and consent and avoiding unlawful content or another person’s private information. Ownership remains with the relevant rights holders; submitting something does not transfer its ownership to us. These responsibilities do not remove our own obligations under applicable law. See our Terms and Conditions.

We do store some submitted information. Our visitor submission form accepts titles and links or embed codes, not video-file uploads. Video files played through external hosts are held by those hosts. We store the listing information needed to review and display submissions, and may host thumbnails. Comments and removal requests are also stored. It would therefore be inaccurate to say that we store no user data.

Comments

WordPress stores the comment, supplied name and email address, submission time, IP address and browser user-agent information; an account association may also be recorded when someone is signed in. We use this information to moderate comments, prevent abuse and respond where needed. Comments require administrator review. Approved comments and the chosen display name are public; the email field is not publicly displayed. Please do not put private contact details or sensitive information in a comment.

Video submissions and removal requests

Video suggestions store the submitted title, validated player link, date and moderation status. When embed code is supplied, the supported player URL is extracted rather than publishing arbitrary submitted scripts. Suggestions remain pending until an administrator approves them. Approved titles, links and associated listing details become public. To limit submission spam, the form uses a keyed identifier derived from the submitting IP address, with a one-hour expiry; hosting logs may separately contain the IP address.

Our removal inbox stores the request type, target URL, explanation and any contact details supplied. Copyright notices can also include the claimed work, address, telephone number, signature and authority statements. These reports are restricted to administrators rather than published as comments. We use them to investigate, respond, remove material where appropriate and document how a complaint was handled. Provide only information necessary for your request; do not send identity documents or explicit media through the form.

Necessary cookies and browser storage

Our own site uses cookies for necessary functions such as the adult-confirmation session, authentication, security and remembering privacy choices where applicable. Our age-confirmation cookie, uv_age_confirmed, is a session cookie with a maximum confirmation validity of 24 hours. Browser session restoration can preserve session cookies. WordPress login and security services may use additional essential cookies; their duration depends on the feature and login choice.

Recently watched uses optional local browser storage and is enabled by default; you can switch it off as explained below. External video players also load automatically on video pages and may use non-essential cookies or tracking. Google Analytics (MonsterInsights) and OptinMonster plugins are active, but their account connections and campaign setup are not complete, so they are not currently configured to provide analytics tracking or marketing popups. We will update this information when that changes. The site’s overall behavior is therefore not limited to necessary cookies and storage. Blocking cookies or browser storage may prevent login, age confirmation or other features from working.

Recently watched: your choice, on your device

Saving recently watched is on by default. Open Recently watched and uncheck Save recently watched on this device to turn it off. When enabled, the feature saves up to 24 video-page entries, including their title, page address, identifier and visit time, in this browser’s local storage. It records opening a video page, not proof that you played the video. Entries older than 30 days are removed when the saved list is next accessed. An off preference is remembered in this browser until you change it or clear this site’s browser data.

This history is not uploaded by the recently watched feature or synced to an account. People using the same browser profile may be able to see it. Ordinary server logs and view counts are separate from this local list.

1. Open Recently watched and choose Clear history to remove saved entries from this browser. If saving is still enabled, future video-page visits will be saved again.
2. Uncheck Save recently watched on this device to stop future saving and clear the saved list.
3. You can also use your browser’s privacy or site-data settings to delete cookies and site data for unlibog.xyz. This removes the history and preference and may sign you out or require age confirmation again. Because it also removes an off preference, saving will return to the default on setting on your next visit unless you turn it off again or block site storage.

History saved by an older version can be removed with Clear history even while saving is off. Clearing our list does not erase your browser’s own browsing history, server records or information held by external video providers. Clear those separately through your browser and the relevant provider’s controls.

View counts, analytics and technical logs

The site’s Most viewed feature counts video-page visits after the page has been visible for about ten seconds; it does not measure completed playback. The server receives the video identifier and normal request information, including IP address and browser user agent. It uses a daily keyed identifier to reduce duplicate counts, retained for approximately one day, and keeps an aggregate total with the video listing. This counter does not set an analytics cookie. A keyed identifier is not the same as a guarantee of anonymity.

Hosting, delivery and security services may process IP addresses, requested URLs, times, browser details and error or security events to deliver pages, diagnose problems and defend the site. The Google Analytics and marketing-popup plugins are active but are awaiting account connection and setup. External-player analytics are governed separately by their providers.

Third-party video players

Videos may be embedded from providers such as Doodstream and Lulustream or other approved hosts. The selected player loads automatically when you open a video page, without a separate Load Player click. Choosing Player 1 or Player 2 automatically loads that source. Loading connects your browser to the provider, which receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details and may learn which site referred you. Providers may use cookies, local storage, analytics, advertisements, redirects or additional services under their own policies, especially if you are signed in to them. Automatic player loading does not guarantee automatic video playback; the provider and browser determine playback behavior.

Unload player removes the active embedded player so you can continue reading the page without that player running. You can reload it using the Load Player button. Unloading cannot undo data already sent or erase provider cookies, and a new video-page visit loads its player again. Use your browser’s settings to block or clear third-party cookies and site data, and consult the provider’s own privacy controls. We do not control external providers or guarantee that their processing is necessary only.

Access, sharing and retention

Administrators access stored submissions, comments and reports for moderation, operation and safety. Hosting, backup, security and communications services may process information needed to provide their services. Relevant details may also be disclosed where necessary to handle a complaint, respond to a lawful request or protect rights and safety. Publicly approved content can be viewed or copied by others. Service providers may process information in countries different from yours.

Comments, listings, pending submissions and reports do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion schedule. They may remain while published, awaiting review, needed to resolve a request or dispute, or required for security or legal obligations. Administrators can remove records when appropriate. Technical-log and backup retention depends on the hosting and backup configuration; deleted information may remain in backups until those copies rotate out. The shorter periods for local history and temporary duplicate or spam controls are described above.

Privacy requests and children’s information

To ask the Unlibog site administrator about your information, or request access, correction or deletion, use our Content Removal form. Choose Other removal request, provide the relevant page URL (or the homepage for a general privacy question), identify the request as a privacy request, and include a reply address if you want a response. We may request proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your data. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the law; necessary security, dispute or legally required records may need to be retained.

This site is not intended for children. Do not submit personal information about anyone under 18. Report suspected child-related content or information promptly through the removal form so it can be reviewed and access disabled or records removed as appropriate, subject to lawful evidence-preservation and reporting requirements.
