Unlibog accepts copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA). Information about the notice-and-takedown process is available from the U.S. Copyright Office. Unlibog will review notices submitted through its copyright contact form and respond expeditiously to substantiated claims by removing or disabling access to material within its control.

Under Section 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Unlibog may remove or disable links, thumbnails, embedded players or other material that infringes, or appears to infringe, the intellectual property or other rights of a third party.

Notice of claimed infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on this website without authorization, please provide the site administrator with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If a notice covers multiple works, provide a representative list.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, or the subject of infringing activity, and enough information to locate it. Please provide the exact Unlibog page URL for each item you want reviewed.
4. Contact information sufficient to reach you, including your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Submit notices using the Content Removal form. Choose Copyright / DMCA and complete the copyright fields. Your request is delivered to the site administrator’s private review inbox.

This contact route is for administrative review; it is not a representation that Unlibog has registered a designated DMCA agent or qualifies for statutory safe-harbor protection.

Review and removal

Unlibog may request clarification and may disable an affected listing while reviewing a complaint. The website displays embedded players from external hosts. Unlibog can remove access through its own website but cannot delete a source file held by another provider. You may also contact that provider directly.

If you believe a removal resulted from a mistake, use the same contact form, identify the removed page and explain your position. A general review request does not replace a formal statutory counter-notice where one is required. Consent, privacy and safety concerns can also be reported through the form without asserting copyright ownership.
