These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Unlibog and any video links, embed codes or other material you submit to the site.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher legal age requirement in your location to use this site. Do not access the site where its content is prohibited.

2. Video ownership and external hosting

Unlibog does not own the third-party videos displayed or embedded on this site. Copyright and other rights remain with their respective owners. Videos are played through external hosting providers. Displaying a link or player does not transfer ownership, grant permission to copy or redistribute a video, or establish that a submission is authorized.

3. User submissions and responsibility

Submission declaration: By submitting a video link or embed code, you confirm that you own the video or have the rights holder’s permission to submit it and authorize Unlibog to display the submitted title, link and embedded player on this site. You also confirm that everyone depicted was at least 18 when the video was created and freely consented to its creation and public distribution, including this use. You must not submit a video if you cannot make these confirmations.

Unlibog relies on these declarations when reviewing a submission. A declaration is not proof of ownership, age or consent and does not replace administrator review or our obligation to act on reports. We may request supporting information, reject a submission or remove a listing.

Users are responsible for the video links, embed codes, titles and other material they submit, including their legality, accuracy, permissions and compliance with these terms. You may submit material only if you own the necessary rights or have permission or another lawful basis to do so. You must ensure that every person depicted was at least 18 when the material was created and consented to both its creation and distribution.

Submissions are held for administrator review and are not published automatically. Approval does not transfer the submitter’s responsibility to Unlibog or certify ownership, consent or legal compliance. We may reject submissions, disable access or remove listings that violate these terms.

4. Responsibility for user-submitted content

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Unlibog is not responsible for unlawful, infringing or otherwise unauthorized content submitted by users or for the conduct of external video providers. Submitters remain responsible for their own submissions and conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory rights, or removes Unlibog’s own legal obligations, including obligations to act on unlawful content and valid reports.

5. Zero tolerance for content involving minors

We do not permit or knowingly publish videos involving anyone who was under 18 when the material was created. Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery and other unlawful content are strictly prohibited.

If we identify content involving a minor, we will immediately remove the listing or disable access to the embed on Unlibog. If a report reasonably indicates that a person may be under 18, we will immediately disable access on Unlibog while reviewing the report. We will comply with applicable reporting and evidence-preservation obligations and cooperate with competent authorities as required by law. Removing an embed from Unlibog does not delete a source file held by an external provider.

6. Report content or request removal

Report suspected underage content, lack of consent, exploitation or other safety concerns through our Content Removal form. Include the Unlibog page URL, the reason for the report and enough information to locate the listing. Clearly mark suspected underage content as urgent. Do not download, copy or send us suspected child sexual abuse material; provide the page URL instead.

For copyright complaints, follow the instructions on our Copyright & DMCA Requests page. Do not submit knowingly false reports.

7. Acceptable use and availability

Do not bypass access controls, attack or disrupt the site, impersonate others, or use the site to violate another person’s rights. External providers control their players, advertising and source files. Availability may change, and listings may be restricted or removed. These terms do not promise uninterrupted service or override applicable law.
